Alexander McQueen, known for his avantgarde shows and costume inspired designing has created yet another seasonal showcase for Paris Fashion Week. Designing a collection of garments which were inspired by Darwin’s theory of Evolution, McQueen showcased an array of structured dresses enhanced with digital prints including a mixture of snakes, moths, fish, giant squid and beatles. Telling a story of women morphing into creatures of the deep as the seas slowly reclaimed planet earth.
As usual Alexander doesn’t disappoint when it comes to displaying his signature tailoring and silhouette.
