I’m in love with the works of Lena Lumelsky. Her look book for Autumn/Winter 09/10 is simple, effective, dark and mysterious. It hits the nail on the head when it comes to proving she knows what she is doing.
Lena is self taught and may be the reason behind her unique perspective and charisma. The collection reflects inspiration from a film noir perspective and her feminine silhouettes speak in the language of twenties, thirties and fourties fashion. The fantastic photography was done by Zoe Daeman modelled by Clementine from IMM with hair and make up by Miaou (Mathieu de Mayer).
