Head Over Heels: Return Of The Clog

Believe it or not fashionistas but clogs have made a comeback for Spring/Summer 2010. Karl Largerfeld put his models in clogs down the runway for Chanel in new and contemporary designs featuring patent leather, studs and more. The wooden shoe has been popular in the Netherlands for over 700 years for keeping feet both cool and warm, while providing good posture.

After undergoing a makeover, the Dutch shoe has made its way into some eclectic S/S collections for 2010 from Vera Wang and Louis Vuitton. These platformed, studded heels are set to be this summer’s trend.
