28^th June 2010 – London – The House of Rena debut collection paves the way for an elegant, sophisticated and edgy woman.

Influenced by their own personal style, designers and sisters, Reem Kanj and Natalya Kanj have created dresses that exude both youth and glamour. Each piece has been made and embellished using the most intricate and luxurious fabrics and materials such as georgette, chiffon, jersey and Swarovski crystals worthy of any Hollywood starlet.

Incorporating classic feminine silhouettes with subtle modern twists, the House of Rena collection is made up of mini and full-length dresses aimed towards a high-end client; ranging all the way from a quirky and avant-garde rock-esque chick to a more polished and pristine English Rose.

The colour palette is comprised of mainly black and white. The reasons for using only monotone hues was to maintain simplicity and focus more on what the designers would like to be recognized for; their opulent textures, embellishments and embroideries, which are quickly becoming synonymous with the brand.

House of Rena introduces an elegant and dramatic first collection made up of striking dresses and sleek silhouettes. Surpassing transient seasons, these masterly crafted pieces encapsulate a structured and ladylike feel that upholds a timeless appeal.

The woman that the Kanj sisters design for is evident in their divine premium collection. She’s powerful, educated and self-assured. She is classic yet also a key perpetrator of change.

In addition to their main collection, the Kanj sisters have introduced a more casual jersey collection, made up of easy to wear dresses. Much like the main collection each piece is very detail oriented; deep hues have been used including, maroons, navy blues, purples and black and all the dresses are adorned using intricate glass beads – once again giving a rock chic feel.

The House of Rena collection will be available in stores in the UK and the UAE very soon. Prices range from £100 to £2,000.
