Day 4

On the ensemble: “I’m a big believer in high-low wear. This trench dress from H&M is weather-versatile, great for all seasons. On cold days, I wear it with a long-sleeved stripy sweater and tights, and in the spring, it works well with this Rag & Bone cream silk blouse. If you haven’t noticed, I always belt a trench.”

On the folders: “Running in and out of meetings all day, I always have a mix of files, folders, and a notebook in tow. Here, I’m holding the invitation and envelope for the Costume Institute Gala. We decided to use tartan as an accent—very McQueen!”

On the shoe: “Isabel Marant’s accessories (and ready to wear!) have really impressed me recently. Her spring pumps with the leather ankle cuff are absolutely amazing. Love looking at them, love wearing them. Love.”
