Charlotte Olympia: Blame It On Rio 2011

When I picture Charlotte Olympia, I see that signature block platform, beautiful suedes and leathers and a truly vibrant shoe. And with this Blame It On Rio collection for 2011, the lady delivers yet again. This collection takes us back to the designer Charlotte Dellal’s Brazilian roots filled with shades of the country’s flag, fruits and animal prints all inspired by Rio Di Janeiro, with references to Carmen Miranda and Rio Bebel Gilberto. Fun, fruity and a colour palette that’s very easy on the eye.
