I never really like to have ‘favourites’ but Givenchy excites me season after season, these couture gowns are what I’ve always pictured couture gowns to look like. I can only image what they feel like! Riccardo Tisci has taken inspiration from the ‘Bird of Paradise’ both the flower and mythical animal. You can see a light airy feel in consideration of the fabrics, a lot white and ivory colours. Tulle is very prominent a long with hand sewn sequins and ostrich feathers. I can’t wait to see one of these worn on the red carpet soon.
