I’m always in and out of Sloane Square, and the past few week’s I’ve been really keen to see the unveiling of DoDo, which has recently been putting the final touches on it’s brand new flagship store. On Tuesday evening I attended a press day and got a chance to get to know DoDo and it’s family of charms.
I instantly fell in love with the brand’s ethos. To be brief DoDo was launched in 2005 under the Italian jewellery brand, Pomelleto. It was named DoDo after the extinct Mauritian bird and is a reminder of the importance of keeping nature loved and alive. The brand has worked with the WWF since their launch.
All the pieces are precious charms and pendants and can be collected over the years. Each character has a special meaning and this is the perfect way to gift a loved one. My favourites is the Octopus which has the meaning ‘Hug Me Tight’. Adorable, and an instant on my wishlist.
