For Vogue Japan October 2011, Florence Welch serves up some serious androgynous style wearing Ralph Lauren AW11. Karl Lagerfeld photographed the normally vintage clad singer for this ‘Music Meets Style’ issue and it seems hanging around ‘Uncle Karl’ so much has had an inspiring effect on her style.

As much as I adore Florence’s look in this shot, I can’t help but think the overall cover looks slightly unfinished. Maybe the background colour and fonts could have played slightly stronger against the vibrant and striking image.
