LFW: Amanda Wakeley Spring Summer 2012

The Amanda Wakeley Spring Summer 2012 show depicted the type of woman that Wakeley designs for. Someone athletic, strong, independant and sexy. A collection of jersey, beaded, draped and maxi pieces glided down the runway with sophistication and ease. The models looked comfortable wearing the clothes and the audience, you could tell were visually pleased.

The collection of blues, mustards and reds all nodding towards the more vibrant trend of SS12, were a refreshing foresight into what’s to come next season.
