This is by far one of my favourite campaigns of the Spring-Summer season. It’s so pretty! The ad is following in the footsteps of the Louis Vuitton SS12 runway show. Remember LV had that fabulous carousel in the middle of the runway? This campaign, shot by the famous Steven Meisel and starring Daria Strockous and Kati Nescher, is set in an ice-cream parlour which sets the scene for the pastels and subtle neons.
Jacobs told WWD “It is all very soft and very sweet, yet at the same time very bold and very graphic.” And we think that the campaign is doing just that. We love the fun, girly cute-ness of it all!
