
Viktor+Rolf Introduces ‘Spicebomb’ with a Bang

Last night I was lucky enough to attend the very exciting launch of Viktor+Rolf’s new men’s fragrance Spicebomb. The name certainly lives up to the scent; its the perfect explosive blend of spiciness and sweetness.
The event started off with an evening in the drawing room of The Charlotte Street Hotel where guests mingled for the first thirty minutes or so. We were then ushered out of the room and were told to follow two mysterious men wearing Viktor+Rolf from head to toe. After being led into a dark room situated in an empty car park, our attention turned to the blank screens and projectors to watch the visual campaign of the fragrance shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vindoodh Matadin. I have to point out the beautiful American model Sean O’Pry who looked incredibly seductive throughout.
As soon as the ad finished playing, somthing else popped up on screen but my attention was soon shifted as midway a mini ‘bomb-like’ explosion occured and to our great surprise and excitement it was an infusement of confetti and the fragrance raining from the ceiling. This was by far the best way to experiance a new and exciting scent, and if you can leave an event smelling like Sean O’Pry, then it must have been a good one!
Spicebomb will be exclusive to Harrods until the 7th of March and available in other retailers there after. We think it would be the perfect Valentines present for your guy!
