I have to admit, I had no idea that it had actually been that long since me and Natalya last posted on the blog. I know, blogger shame, but honestly, it’s been a little bit of a whirlwind. I landed back in London last Sunday and just as I was getting off the plane, Natalya calls me to tell me she’ll be leaving to New York in three hours, so we have been a little bit out of synch to say the least.
Whilst I was in London for my three day stop over before heading to beautiful Northern Finland (more on that soon), I managed to slip in a day for a much needed catch up with Carrie, over pancakes (of course) at her house, and a little time in front of the camera to shoot this triple denim outfit that I’m wearing over on the Gap Styld.by platform this season.
There are first times for everything, but it’s not every day that you can add ‘Chanel show’ to that list, so I’m still reeling in the excitement from the show of Paris Fashion Week. I had such a great time (and wonderful view of all the fun) that I did a little round up of some of my favourite looks.
The Grand Palais was transformed into a huge Shopping Centre filled with Chanel-esque groceries, fresh produce and every day home ware. Cara Delevingne opened the show and hung around to do a little shopping whilst the rest of the models (including Kendal Jenner) put the ‘super’ in supermarket. I tell you, going to Sainsbury’s will never be the same again. Try as I may, I can’t find anywhere that stocks Chanel Spaghettini.
As this post goes live I’ll be on my way to Brussels which will mark the fifth city I’ve been to in just eight weeks. I think that’s a record on my part, but I’m not complaining, the first few months of this year have been so much fun and I’m excited to see what the rest of it has in store for us. I wanted to post the below images as a round up to all of our Fashion Month antics. I’ve had the best time this season, doing only a handful of shows but thoroughly enjoying each and every one of them, with much thanks reserved for our tech partner this season, HTC. They introduced us to their HTC One at the beginning of London Fashion Week and it’s made the world of difference to our organisation and schedules and it’s also the reason I think my Instagram has grown so rapidly over the past couple of weeks, the quality of images has improved dramatically thanks to the camera and all it’s super cool functions such as ZOE and the Ultra Pixels.
Needless to say we as bloggers would be nothing without the tools that help us get across all of our stories and pictures to you as efficiently as possible, so I think it’s only fitting that in the below, the only accessory I’m carrying is my phone.
